About Project
This husband/wife purchased this center-city condo in their journey to downsize life from their former 7,500+ SF home in the suburbs. The goals being minimizing (eliminate!) time spent maintaining a home, enjoying a more walkable lifestyle and creating a home with a modern aesthetic.
With the help of architect Jes Sanders, we were able to remove superfluous walls and open the living space, update all the finishes throughout, enhance the lighting throughout, relocate the laundry room and even create a custom wine cellar!
